Stress Management Consultation

Everyone feels stressed, now and then, as they go through life. Sometimes the stressors we encounter motivate us, challenge us, and nudge us toward growth. Other stressors overwhelm us, or become chronic frustrations.

We cannot eliminate stress from our lives completely, nor should we want to. What we can do is look at our stressors to determine the degree to which we have control over them. We can also look at the habitual ways we react to a stressor to determine if our reactions have exacerbated the situation.

Learning to manage stress, which builds resilience, requires understanding our stress responses and their underlying causes.

Stress reduction techniques might involve:

  • Adjusting the way we set boundaries
  • Heightening our emotional awareness
  • Processing difficult emotions
  • Becoming more mindful

While completing my certification through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals (AIHCP), I learned ways to support people as they acquire tools and techniques for stress management and reduction. Incorporating these methods into one’s life can foster a sense of inner peace while restoring energy and vitality.

Digital Content Creation

Promoting and marketing my site, and the material on it, has been a wonderful journey. It has been challenging at times, and I’ve learned quite a bit the hard way. At some point, I realized I was enjoying the promotion as much as the writing. To expand my knowledge and ability, I enrolled in a Digital Marketing Specialization Certificate.
